PLC offers two (2) medical plan options. Medical benefits are effective on the 1stof the month coinciding with your date of hire. Ex: If you’re hired on the 1stof the month, your benefits are effective that same day. If you are hired after the 1st of the month, your benefits are effective on the 1stof the following month!
Two Dental and one Vision plan options through Guardian - The Managed Dental Guard Network HMO Dental plan, the DG Alliance & Preferred Networks PPO Dental plan, and the VSP Choice Network Vision plan.
Voluntary medical supplemental benefit options through Guardian - These plans pay benefits directly to you and can help cover potential out-of-pocket costs that are not covered under your medical plan:
401(k) savings plan through ADP Retirement Services - You will be automatically enrolled the first of the month following 60 days from your date of hire if you are at least 21 years old. You are eligible for employer matching contributions if you have been employed for one year and worked 1,000+hours during that plan year. Vested contributions are available for those who have worked 2+ years of at least 1,000 hours during each year.
