Ralph’s Community Contribution Program makes fundraising easy by donating to local organizations based on the shopping you do every day. Once you link your Card to an organization, all you have to do is shop at Ralphs and swipe your Shopper’s Card.
Steps to Giving Through Ralph's Community
- Log in to www.ralphs.com
- Click Sign In
- Enter your email address and password
- Click on “Welcome Valued Customer” (In the top right hand corner)
- Click on “My Account”
- View all your information and edit as necessary
- Scroll to bottom of your Account
- Link your card to your organization by clicking on:
a. Community Rewards – edit
b. Type LU111 or Penny Lane Centers then press “Search”
c. Remember to click on the circle to the left of your organizations’ named. Click on Enroll to finish your enrollment process
Question: What if I or my family members don’t have access to a computer or an email address, how do I donate to my favorite organization?
Answer: You can call us at 1-800-443-4438 and we will be happy to link your rewards card or phone number with your organization for the duration of the current term.
Question: What if I don’t know what my card number is because I use my phone number?
Answer: As long as you know your alternate ID (phone number) you can donate by registering on line. If you need assistance, please call 1-800-443-4438.
