Our recent holiday party was a resounding success, bringing together employees for a night of joy, laughter, and camaraderie. The event featured a lively mix of activities, including an exciting lip-sync competition, an energetic dance-off, and much more.
Guests mingled and enjoyed themselves, showcasing their talents on stage and cheering each other on in a spirited atmosphere. The dance competition had everyone on their feet, while the lip-sync showdown left the crowd in stitches as participants gave their all to their chosen songs. Thank you to all the participants
The energy in the room was contagious, with everyone clearly having a fantastic time. The holiday spirit was in full swing, as friends and colleagues connected in a way that truly captured the essence of the season and who we are as an agency. This event was a wonderful reminder of the importance of coming together and celebrating. We are already looking forward to next year’s festivities!

It sounds like the month of December was a wonderful time for the Penny Lane community to come together and celebrate the season! The variety of activities—holiday parties, potlucks, baking contests, White Elephant gift exchanges, and more—brought so much joy to staff and guests alike. From festive decorations to cozy holiday attire like Christmas sweaters and elf costumes, the spirit of togetherness was evident everywhere.
Whether it was Commerce’s Clinic Holiday Potluck with Mickey and Minnie, the North Hills luncheon with baking contests, or the North Hollywood team’s raucous White Elephant exchange, every location seemed to share in the fun and festive cheer. Smaller celebrations in the AV also helped create a warm and personal atmosphere.
The best part of all, however, was the strong sense of community that Penny Lane fosters, as people from diverse backgrounds gathered to celebrate not only the season but each other. It truly sounds like December was a time to strengthen relationships and create lasting memories.
As we step into 2025, wishing everyone a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year is a perfect way to carry forward the joy and positivity experienced over the holidays. May this spirit of togetherness and celebration continue to guide and inspire all of Penny Lane in the coming year.

This past month the residents over at Metamorphosis on Foothill got treat to a special Holiday lunch. The teams all came together to give the residents a delicious lunch, some needed donations and a party to end 2024. Everyone left happy, with full bellies, and ready to tackle the new year!
I wanted to go ahead and send you all some pictures of the amazing lunch we had yesterday with our Meta residents. They were extremely happy and thankful. I am very appreciative that we were able to have this opportunity in making it happen. Also, would love to thank Vash for the extra yummy food and Penny Lane for the donations of clothes and personal items for residents.
Looking forward to making more events in 2025 and creating memories with our residents.
