Allow us to introduce August 2024’s promotional employee spotlight, Caryn May!
Caryn May has been with Penny Lane Centers for 23 years. Caryn has held various positions, including TBS Supervisor, Clinical Supervisor, Regional Director of North Hills Clinic, and is currently excelling as our HR Director.
Her journey is reflected in her flourishing personal life; she and her husband have been married for 40 years and have been blessed with two sons, Josh and Jason. Their family experienced an abundance of joy in 2022 when both sons got married just three months apart. Jason and Kelli had a beautiful wedding in Oahu, while Josh had a unique ceremony, marrying someone named Josh in October, and owning a dog named Josh (Josh x3). The newest addition to their family arrived May 2024, with the birth of Riley Elaine May, marking Caryn's transition into grandmotherhood.
Caryn deeply loves Hawaii and finds solace and inspiration at the beach, where she can engage in conversations about the islands' rich culture and stunning landscapes for hours. Caryn's life story is a testament to dedication, love, and the beauty found in both work and family.
Caryn’s Core Gift is “showing people that I get them. I give it by making others feel comfortable, allowing them to express themselves at a soul level, and giving them strength to deal with life’s ups and downs so ultimately, they feel calm, centered, and at peace. “
